As we journey inward, we will be supported by the soothing warmth of cacao, The Herbal Bar’s artisanal herbal-infused syrup, and a calming meditation tea, each crafted to nourish body and spirit. The resonant tones of the bowls will carry us into deep states of rest and renewal, while meditation invites stillness and clarity.

At the beautiful Holistic Haven, nestled in the countryside near Hellingly, we will be embraced by the glow of the fire as sound and ceremony weave their magic. This enchanting sanctuary offers the perfect space to pause, reflect, and align with the ancient rhythm of the turning year — a time to release what no longer serves, welcome guidance from beyond, and plant seeds of intention in the fertile darkness of winter’s beginning.
