Shadow Work Weekend | 5–7 December | East Sussex
This weekend is about having the courage to know yourself — all of yourself. The parts that may have held you back with limiting beliefs about who you are, or how the world is. Shadow Work gives those parts a voice.
It creates space for healing, for reconnection, and for becoming more whole.
Together, we’ll bring into the light the stories, feelings, and beliefs you’ve carried that no longer serve you, and in a carefully facilitated dynamic process work, offer transformative ways to let go, disconnect, reconnect - whatever it is you know your system needs for deep healing.
This is a small group weekend of deep work, connection, and wholeness, held with care and respect for your own pace and process.
We have a few bursary places available (£350 on a trust basis) for those who might not otherwise be able to attend — please reach out if this makes a difference for you.
