Start Strong in January with our Low‑impact strength session for every fitness level.
Kick off the year with a supportive, beginner‑friendly strength class designed to help you build real, usable strength without high impact. Each 45‑minute session includes a clear warm‑up, coached movement sequences with accessible progressions, and a calming cooldown focused on improving your mobility.
What is a Trauma‑informed approach?
We prioritise choice, consent, and structure. Coaches use invitational language, offer verbal options rather than unsolicited hands‑on adjustments, and welcome rest at any time. We create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel comfortable in, free to ask questions and move in a way that feels right for your body.
Who it’s for?
Perfect for beginners, returners, and anyone who wants to add some low‑impact strength work to their program. Modifications and progressions are offered so you can move at your pace.
How long is the session?
You'll be working out for 45 minutes, which includes your warm up, main session and cool down. After that we pick one topic per week on nutrition and/or mindset support to help you on your fitness journey. This should take around 10 minutes!
What shall I bring? Please bring bottled water, wear comfortable clothing, and trainers.
Booking is essential: There are limited spaces in each class as we limit them to 5 sessions. Please make sure to reserve your spot via the link or message us to check that your dates are available.
