Elevate is a 45‑minute, coach‑led class that blends strength, mobility, and light cardio in a calm, structured format. Sessions are designed to be easy to follow so you can choose the level of challenge that feels right for you.

What is a Trauma informed approach?
We prioritise safety, consent, and choice. Coaches offer clear options and verbal cues rather than physical adjustments unless you ask. You are invited to move in ways that feel safe; rest is always welcome.

Who it’s for?
All bodies and experience levels. Whether you’re returning to movement after a break or building everyday strength, you’ll find accessible progressions and supportive coaching.
How long is the class?

The actual workout is 45 minutes. Then for about 10 minutes afterwards, we wil pick a mindset or nutrition topic to focus on that week. We will talk you through our practical tips providing you with a holistic approach to your fitness journey.

What shall I bring?
Please bring bottled water, wear comfortable clothing and trainers. The rest we provide.
