YES you can,just because you don't want to doesn't mean you can't.
  We will gather at the Colorado Nature Center/Rio Lomas Beach At 10am, set our intentions,do some warming/fire breath work,3 minute plunge or as long as you are able. This is more of a mental exercise and connecting with the breath. If you would like to start taking some polar plunge now, please let me know and we can meet up for a dip ☀️Christy
?please bring a few towel and anything you need.  If you are ready to challenge yourself for metal and/or physical benefits this is a perfect experience. ? We all have free access to this beautiful 56- 64 degree Colorado River. Within 3-4 minutes of submerging your body into cold water,it can give your body and cardiovascular system a total reset and recharge. This is Not a competition and everyone goes as long as they can 30sec -3min. Cold plunge is a mental and physical experience. It helps reduce inflammation,improve cognitive function and mood,improved heart health, reduced stress, neuromuscular function are some of the benefits. You submerge up past  your armpit and connect with your breath. You will feel empowered and energized once it's done,while connecting with our beautiful cOMmUNITY?I Believe in You? 
?Colorado River Nature center AKA Rio Lomas Beach off Richardo ave in Bullhead City in-between Vitos pizza and Target. There is free parking w/short walk to the  beautiful sandy beach.
