Enjoy mingling with friends and neighbors, hearing testimonials and renovation updates, and catch the live presentation of the 2025 Legacy Award Winner!
The Legacy Event is our opportunity to recognize someone who has had a tremendous impact on our YMCA, to reflect on the success of the 2025, and to get excited for what’s to come in 2026. Our goal at the Ligonier Valley YMCA since 1983 has been to enrich the lives of Laurel Highlands community members in spirit, mind, and body regardless of their ability to pay. Thanks to corporate sponsorships, individual contributions, and event fundraising, we at the Ligonier YMCA are able provide critical subsidies to friends and neighbors in our community who otherwise would not be able access YMCA offerings and programs. This signature event raises funds for our Financial Assistance program which currently offers approximately $700/month in discounts for over 25 local families.
