- **Event Description**: The Nervous System Reset Workshop is a guided experience designed to help you reconnect the mind and body, bridging the gap between the two through awareness, meditation, breath, and stillness. The session will begin with an introduction to understanding what the body and energy are communicating to us, how overwhelm and overstimulation impact the ecology of our lives, and what we can do to support greater balance, presence, and connection within ourselves — creating a more intentional life with greater agency, awareness of our energy, and the ability to enjoy our lives more fully, rather than being ruled by wayward thoughts and anxiety. From there, participants will be guided through a grounding meditation incorporating simple breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and intuition. The experience will close with chamomile tea, reflection, and the creation of a personal daily affirmation to carry forward as a part of a daily practice and cultivation. Bring your own blanket, wear comfortable, cooling clothing, and bring water. Chairs/pillows are supplied.
