7/22, 7/29, 8/12, 8/19, 9/2, and 9/9.

Drop-In Anytime. Attend as many classes as you can for cumulative benefit.

These free weekly meditation sessions are designed for both beginner and experienced practitioners.

Classes consist of learning the fundamentals of, and benefit from guided meditations in the Sahaja technique of meditation, a technique geared towards achieving the state of mental silence, to reduce the negative effects of a overly busy, anxious, or regret-ridden mental state.

All sessions are free and open to all, creating a welcoming space to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals.
