These student musicians have received over fifty DownBeat Magazine Student Music Awards since 2010 which is considered among the highest recognition in Jazz education worldwide. UNLV Jazz ensembles and combos have performed at the acclaimed Monterey Jazz Festival, Village Vanguard and other notable venues throughout the nation. They have received consecutive outstanding CD reviews 2010-2025 from the respected music publication and alumni perform internationally with distinguished ensembles including the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, directed by Wynton Marsalis; the Count Basie Orchestra; and many others.

Free and open to the public. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited in number. For more information, call 702.507.3459.
