Together, we’ll talk about postpartum recovery, emotional and physical well-being, best practices for maintaining a healthy relationship between you and your partner, and what to expect in the early weeks as you transition into parenthood. We will also provide you with community resources for ongoing support.This class is designed to be taken prior to delivery.Cost: $30 (Registration includes two adults)*Refunds are available via Eventbrite if you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled class date.
