Spring Evening Sound Bath ✨
Join me for a Spring Evening Sound Bath in the southwest part of Las Vegas at Mountains Edge 🌄
This one hour Sound Bath is a chance to slow down, settle your body, and take a pause as we move into the spring season.
I will be offering a full Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls, a large gong, and layered sound to support deep relaxation and grounding 🔔✨ Participants are welcome to lie down or remain seated and are encouraged to make themselves as comfortable as possible.
What to expect

What to bring
🧘♀️ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
🧣 Blanket or layers for warmth
