We only stop for a down pour of rain... which in Vegas is very rare!Falun Dafa, is an advanced traditional Chinese qigong and meditation system. Four of the qigong exercises are standing exercises that are done for one hour they are slow, gentle, and smooth. The fifth exercise is a sitting mediation, we listen to soft music and enter a very peace filled state. Beginners are free to try the meditation for how ever long they enjoy sitting with us.We usually sit for a full hour, but you can leave when ever you choose.
