Sometimes life throws us challenges that test not just our strength, but our spirit. Right now, the heart and soul behind Mamajuana Fiesta – our beloved organizer – is fighting one of life's toughest battles: cancer.

Through rounds of chemotherapy that will continue until the final weeks of December. He pushed forward, hoping against hope to bring you the celebration we've all been dreaming of. But as the treatment intensifies and the side effects grow stronger, his medical team has spoken with clarity and care.

And so, with heavy but hopeful hearts, we must postpone Mamajuana Fiesta to January 25-26, 2026.

This isn't a cancellation – it's a promise. A promise that this celebration will happen. A promise that our organizer is fighting to be there, fully present, to share this incredible experience with all of you.

This postponement isn't a defeat – it's a strategic retreat for a stronger comeback.

Healing takes time. Strength requires rest. And the best celebrations happen when the people who pour their hearts into them can actually be there to enjoy them.

We're not just postponing a festival. We're giving our organizer the gift of time – time to heal, time to recover, time to come back stronger. Mamajuana Fiesta - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What will happen with my hotel reservation?
- The hotel will not automatically cancel your reservation - you will need to cancel it yourself if you choose to do so. However, if you still want to visit Las Vegas on the original dates (November 21-23), your reservation with the discounted rate remains valid.
New Event Dates: January 24-25, 2026
Note: Most attendees book their rooms starting Friday, the 23rd, to attend the pre-party.
Pre-Party Details: The Friday party will be held at On The Record Nightclub at MGM Las Vegas.
What happens to the ticket I already purchased?
- If you're still planning to attend Mamajuana Fiesta on the new dates, your ticket remains valid. Your name will stay on the Will Call list, and no action is required on your part.
Can I transfer or sell my ticket?
- Yes! Full Pass tickets are transferrable, and you can sell them for any amount you choose. Simply email us with the new ticket holder's information, and we'll update our records.
What if I need a refund?
- If you cannot attend on the new dates, you can request a refund through Eventbrite, where your ticket was originally purchased.
Is the website updated with the new information?
- Yes, the website is currently 80% updated. The complete new schedule will be posted in December.
