Moving Through Grief

This workshop is a gentle, guided space to explore grief through both movement and reflection. Together, we’ll use breath, somatic movement, journaling, and community sharing to process the losses we carry — whether that’s the loss of a loved one, relationships, life transitions, identity shifts, or dreams that changed.

No dance experience is needed. All bodies and levels are welcome.

Participants will engage in:
• Gentle guided movement
• Breathwork and grounding practices
• Journaling prompts
• Optional group reflection
• Tools for emotional regulation and self-support

Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water
• A journal
• Comfortable clothes you can move in

This is a slow, supportive space — come as you are.

Led by Tatiana Marie, who holds a degree in Mental Health & Wellness with an emphasis in Grief & Bereavement and brings over 15 years of professional dance experience, this workshop blends evidence-based emotional care with intuitive movement practices to help you safely reconnect with your body and your story.

If you’ve been carrying something heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone.
