Michelle Johnson Presents "Naughty and Nice - A Sassy Festive Holiday Show"

Critically acclaimed vocalist and “Las Vegas’ First Lady of Jazz” Michelle Johnson returns to The Smith Center with her new holiday show, Naughty & Nice — a grown-up Christmas celebration full of heart, humor, soul and sparkle.

From flirty swing tunes and bluesy grooves to gospel-infused carols and tender ballads, Michelle weaves her signature storytelling and stunning vocals into a festive holiday concert that is both joyful and deeply moving. Expect nostalgic classics, Motown magic, contemporary holiday songs, and emotional moments that honor the true meaning of the season — with just the right amount of sass, glam, and grace.

Michelle is known for her soaring vocals, versatile repertoire, and sold-out productions at The Smith Center and performing arts centers across the country. Beyond her work as a Broadway actor, national cabaret artist, and Las Vegas headliner, she has performed, toured, or recorded with legendary artists including Paul McCartney, Michael Bublé, The Eagles, Barbra Streisand, Elton John, Gladys Knight, David Foster, Sheena Easton, Wynonna, Slash, Donny Osmond, and many more.

She is the 2020 Las Vegas Black Music Awards recipient of the Lena Horne Award for Musical Excellence and a 2022 and 2023 BroadwayWorld Award winner. She is also the recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners Woman of Distinction Award for her contributions to entertainment.
