Memoir Workshop Series
We’d like to welcome our older adults to join our fantastic workshop with Joylynn M. Ross, an award-winner author, to write “What happened to you in Vegas!”
In this workshop series, you’ll use your pen to travel back in time to your favorite memories from our amazing city of Las Vegas. You’ll begin to write a collection of your own personal stories, memorable moments, or essays to form your memoir or book, with an opportunity to share it with others.
Spend time in the Neon Boneyard - where the Museum’s collection of bright, historic Las Vegas signs live - for inspiration to dive into your past.
Workshop series begins on March 2nd, 2026.
Workshop dates: Monday, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and April 6th and 13th with the final session on April 25th being a private event to showcase your writings. Workshops will start at 10:00am and end by 11:30am on Mondays.
