But all of that may have been only the warm-up for his work directing "I'll Be Seeing You," a new play by renowned playwright Martin Sherman, starring Sir Simon Russell Beale and Fra Free, opening in the UK in the Fall of 2026 (see https://liberace.org/2025/11/28/alan-cumming-to-direct-sir-simon-russell-beale-as-liberace-in-ill-be-seeing-you/)

"I'll Be Seeing You" takes us through the reverie of a young playwright (Fra Free) struggling to write a play about flamboyant showman Liberace (Sir Simon Russell Beale), whose spirit appears, to correct the record.

Hear how Liberace Foundation was asked to collaborate from Alan himself, and Liberace Foundation Chairman Jonathan Warren, at a fireside chat in the Grand Salon at Thriller Villa in Las Vegas.  Space is extremely limited.
