In this 3 hour class, you'll learn the basics of flash and how to best utilize it in your photography. From learning when and why to use flash to simply getting time to shoot with flash in a learning environment, Cesare Bonazza will guide you with his hands-on approach to teaching. Topics covered include:

• Light Quality & Direction

• Modifiers & Tools

You will also get a chance to practice everything taught in the class so please bring your cameras and lenses. If you have a flash, make sure to bring that too!

That’s the best way to describe noted photographer, Cesare Bonazza. From his early beginnings Cesare is no stranger to and has always had a love for traveling the world.

With a photographic style that has been described as ‘uniquely clean and simple’, Cesare has a rare subtlety for producing images that reveal an intimacy of mood, while at the same time capturing the chemistry between people caught in an instant that brings life and meaning to a photo.

Over the years, Cesare photographed dozens of celebrities, some — like actors Johnny Depp, Pierce Brosnan and Jane Seymour — were easy to work with, others more of a challenge.

Since that time, Cesare has made another major shift focusing on high-end portraiture, specifically headshot, business lifestyle and branding photography.

“I truly enjoy and take the time to create a story around the people in front of my lens. I find I love on-location portraiture because it’s an extremely creative and artistic outlet for me.
