The ABHP Luncheon is a great opportunity for you to meet old friends and network with colleagues from throughout the country.About this EventThe ABHP Annual Luncheon has served as  a major social event for African  American pharmacists attending the ASHP Mid-Year Clinical Meeting (MCM) since the early 1980s. Before the event was formally organized,  the small number of African American pharmacists attending the MCM gathered at local restaurants and nightclubs in the various cities where the ASHP meetings were held. As the ABHP evolved into an organized professional association, the luncheon became the venue that many pharmacists looked forward to attending when at the ASHP MCM. The spirit of the Luncheon continues today with the recognition of the outstanding achievements of its friends and members.
