The Pentagogical Brass Quintet is comprised of local music teachers, as the name derives from the words penta, meaning five, and pedagogue, which means teacher. Karen Polak started the group in early 2012, and they have been rehearsing and performing together ever since. Besides Ms. Polak on trumpet, the remaining members are: Walt Boenig on trombone, John Diaz on trumpet, Matthew Keenan on French horn, and David Haile on bass trombone.

Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. For more information please call 702.507.3964.
