Throughout the day, participants will learn how to identify common signs of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use, understand how to support a young person in crisis, and practice the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan (ALGEE). The training also covers trauma, self-care, and the impact of social media and bullying.
