11 Year Hugiversary!!!

For a decade plus we have been gathering people for the purpose of practice.
The practice of safe touch, consensual connection & the art of Hugging.
The schedule this evening will begin with a vegetarian potluck (feel free to being something yummy)
We will then drop in to the intentional hugging techniques as well as a delicious sound bath & a dancing intermission or two.
We also plan on going for our biggest Bliss Ball (group hug) of all time.
Please come ready to Hug!
The plant medicine Cacao will bee joining us per the usual to enhance our perceptions
