Every Sunday at 10:00 we gather at Parque del Sur, Maspalomas, to practise yoga and meditation under the sky.

Guided each week by different volunteers from the WIP — Walk in the Park community, this practice is completely free and open to everyone. No previous experience needed. Just the desire to start the week in a different way — connected to your body, your breath and nature.

— Comfortable clothes
— Water
— A light blanket if you have one
