Los Indigenes de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe is hosting their annual fall red enchilada fundraiser on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Due to continued support, the enchilada fundraiser will be held at the Shrine & Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Hall (due south of the church/across the parking lot).
One ticket entitles the holder to one plate of made to order red enchiladas (enchiladas, beans, garnish and roll) for $12.00. No extra cost if you want an egg on top of your enchiladas.
For $7.00, you will receive a made to order hamburger, or cheeseburger, with a bag of chips.
Tickets for enchilada plates and or hamburgers can be purchased from any Corporation member, the parish office, or at the door.
Drinks (water and soda) and desserts will also be available for sale.
You can dine in to enjoy your food or you can take your order to go.
Proceeds from the fall enchilada dinner will help offset the cost of our annual Our Lady of Guadalupe Fiesta which is held from December 10th through December 12th.
