This is a fun hands-on class that will teach you to create incredibly soft and pliable tortillas, perfect for folding and wrapping your favorite things. Students will have the opportunity to make their own masa (dough), roll and cook their treasures to take home and enjoy.  Recipes for 3 different compound butters will be available for taste testing.  

$25 dollars includes all materials.  As always, come hungry!  I will have my delicious pintos frijoles and two homemade salsas with tostadas to enjoy.  DM or comment to reserve your space.  Hosted at the iconic Proofed Bread Co.
