Considering Homeownership: This workshop is designed for those who may be thinking about buying a home to learn what financial preparation is required prior to purchasing a home. Participants will also learn about common types of mortgages and how they are obtained, identify common costs associated with mortgages, and explore special financing products and resources to assist with buying a home.

This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the home-buying process, empowering participants to navigate each step with confidence and ease. Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and expert guidance, attendees will gain the knowledge and tools needed to achieve their homeownership goals.

We are pleased to offer a refundable fee policy for attendees of our workshops. Below are the terms and conditions of this policy:

1. Refundable Fee: Upon registration for a workshop, attendees will be required to pay a refundable fee. This fee will be specified at the time of registration and will vary depending on the workshop.

2. Attendance Requirement: To be eligible for a refund of the fee, attendees must fully participate in the workshop as outlined in the workshop materials and schedule. This includes attending all sessions and actively engaging in workshop activities.

3. Refund Process: Attendees who meet the attendance requirement will be eligible to receive a refund of the fee paid at the time of registration. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days following the conclusion of the workshop.

4. Non-Refundable Situations: The refundable fee will not be refunded in cases where attendees fail to meet the attendance requirement. Additionally, the fee is non-refundable if attendees cancel their registration or do not attend the workshop without prior notification.

6. Organizer Discretion: The workshop organizers reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds and to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances.
