What is included :
* Stand-up paddle board & its equipment
* Hour long SUP yoga instruction

What is NOT included:
* Transport to and from activity
* Sunscreen / sun cream
* Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available)

What to bring:
* Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L)
* Protective clothing
* Sunscreen/cream
* Bathing suit
* Towel

Requirements: students must be able to swim and cannot exceed 115 kg (due to SUP board requirements).
