This is a class for anyone who has never been on a SUP before or anyone who just wants to get more experience and feel more comfortable.
In this class, you will learn all about this fun sport and get hands-on experience with the essential gear required for SUP boarding, learn safety protocols, basic paddling techniques, how to launch and land, how to use your core to stabilize yourself, and get in some good, old-fashioned practice!
If time allows, you will be introduced to some basic yoga poses which will challenge your balance even more! Join us for this beginner-friendly class to gain confidence and learn a fun, new skill!
What is included :
* Stand-up paddle board & its equipment
* SUP guidance from an experienced instructor
What is NOT included:
* Transport to and from activity
* Sunscreen / sun cream
* Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available)
What to bring:
* Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L)
* Protective clothing
* Sunscreen/cream
* Bathing suit
* Towel
Requirements: students must be able to swim or must use a provided life vest and cannot exceed 115 kg.
