Your first Reiki Level.
Suitable for complete beginners or those with an interest, who want to learn more.
This is a two day non residential course, 10am till 5pm both days.
Held in central Strathaven, South Lanarkshire.
We have a relaxed pace, with plenty of time for practice.
Light snacks and fruit & herbal teas and water are provided.
You may choose to eat out for lunch or we can do so as a group.
There are no prerequisites for this course, but it's recommended that you have as clean a diet as possible in the week leading up to the course.
After the course, it's recommended that you complete a 21 day cleanse, which you will be given details of. This is not mandatory.
You are supported by WhatsApp chat groups and monthly Reiki Shares.

(deposit of £50, with the balance due the week before the start date)
