Are you all ready to take on our AMAZING, annual Children In Need Challenge this November?

Our event will take place on Friday the 14th November,  at 

SG Coaching Academy, from 11am through to 10pm. 

10AM - 4PM - CYCLING CHALLENGE

(Cycle Lands End to John O Groats, 1000km)       

This challenge will take place at the front entrance of the Garden Centre.  

Please come down and help clock up some miles to help us achieve this goal.

5.45-6.30PM - KIDS DUATHLON EVENT (RUN/BIKE/RUN) 

Age 5-10 years

This will be held on a set out course within the car park.

6.45-9PM - ADULTS/YOUNG ADULTS TEAM DUATHLON 

Each team member will complete the following for 3 rounds- 

Bike 5km on the Spin Bike Run 2km out on the set out run track within the car park.

Each round consists of the following 

Team member 1 - 5km Bike 

Team member 2 - 2k Run 

Team member 1 - 2k Run

Team member 2 - 5km Bike
