You’ll begin by pulling a tarot card to set the tone for the experience. From there, Rachelle will guide you through her signature Dimensional Flow Meditation—a powerful journey designed to help you connect with your higher-self. In this space, you’ll meet that version of yourself and learn to embody your soul on Earth.

We’ll then move into SoulPLAY with an uplifting vinyasa flow that brings the experience into the body and allows you to feel your energy in motion.

Channel your playful energy into creativity as you design your own crystal bracelet while sharing reflections within a small circle in the studio.

We will close the session by anchoring a personal intention into your bracelet—so you can carry the light of your Soul into your daily life.

Leave feeling embodied, inspired, and connected, with a wearable reminder of the light within you.
