Depending on the session and the group we explore soul communication, earth relationship, the role of embedded patterning from this life and other lifetimes, and more. Each session is a unique inner adventure.

The movement is yoga asana-based and tends to be more active and advanced in nature. This doesn’t mean you aren’t welcome! We walk through big stuff and you have the option to adjust the practice in the moment for exactly what you need.

Dates and themes:

October 9th, 2025 - Full range of the spine, grounding and balance

December 4th, 2025 - Forward folds, look within, internal growth

February 5th, 2026 - Heart opening, expand and attune

April 23rd, 2026 - Playtime (balance and inverting), open heart

Some mats and props are available at The Collective, but please bring whatever you can/want from home - including props for a comfortable seated position, blanket or shawl for warmth, and potentially a journal to record anything that feels potent.
