*Psalm 100:1-5 NIV*
1 Shout for Joy*: "Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know God's Goodness*: "Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Give Thanks*: "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 God's Love Endures*: "For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
MESSAGE:
The message of the scripture is that when we worship or pray to God, it doesn't only mean to ask for something or favors from HIM. Because it is also of great importance to express our gratitude, our joy & our thanksgiving. Emphasizing our worship should be joyful---- making a joyful noise to the Lord and approaching Him in prayer with gladness & singing. When we sing it means double prayer to the Lord. We acknowledged his power and sovereignty. The Psalms instruct us to "enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with praise". That we should trust God's goodness and faithfulness, knowing that everytime we pray, he hears and He always answers. Overall, Jesus invites us to practice a Lifestyle of Worship with gratitude ang joy knowing that God's goodness and steadfast love for us endures forever.
ENCOURAGEMENT:
Everytime we pray and ask God for something, we should always start with joy and thanksgiving. Even if we feel sad, discourage or experiencing challenges in our daily life. We should continue praising Him for the good and even for the bad things that happen to us. Because when we are grateful despite of everything, and still shouts our praises and thanksgiving . The God we are worshipping sees our hearts and he sends us provision and graces we need. Remember, God is always good and his love, mercy and grace will be there for us as always and forever.🙏🙏💕💕
