This fall, we gather monthly in person for spacious, embodied evening circles with optional weekly virtual gatherings to sustain the rhythm of inner tending and shared presence. Through guided meditation, embodiment activities, journaling and sharing, we’ll move through the season together—slowing down, listening inward, and breathing life into to what matters most.

Women who seek inner depth and wisdom through psycho-spiritual engagement
Therapists, contemplatives, healers, educators, and space-holders—any woman who feels called toward inner inquiry, community care, and the quiet strength of authentic processes.
You may be navigating perimenopause, career change, tending to others, or simply seeking a rhythm of restoration, reflection, wisdom and grounding for yourself in this unsustainable time.
Cost: $180 for 6 sessions ($30 per circle) over 7 weeks (no circle Thanksgiving week)
