Each month, a different Soul Nectar teacher will guide the meditation, allowing you to experience a variety of approaches and styles while deepening your relationship with stillness.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this is a welcoming space to simply come as you are.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is sit together in silence.
