Join us for a slow, nourishing morning designed to help you soften, restore, and feel deeply cared for. This special Mother’s Day offering is open to anyone who feels called to spend the morning in a space of calm and connection.

We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice with Lauren at 10:30am, inviting the body to release tension through long, supported postures and quiet stillness.

After class, we’ll gather for a relaxed Tea + Talk, a simple moment to sip warm tea, connect, and enjoy the peaceful energy of the morning together.

We’ll then close the retreat morning with our first Monthly Auricular Acupuncture session with Clarissa, a deeply calming treatment that uses specific points in the ear to support the nervous system, relieve stress, and encourage overall balance in the body.
