About the Facilitators
Dr. Shannon Smith is a holistic health practitioner who transitioned from nursing to a full-time naturopathic doctor. Specializing in mind-body healing, she now offers transformative breathwork sessions at events, helping individuals achieve wellness through natural practices. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, Dr. Smith empowers others to tap into their body’s innate ability to heal and grow.

Erica Kitley is a well-known yoga and exercise teacher in our community. She pairs this experience with a deep knowledge and understanding of a variety of healing modalities to cater to your needs for a well-balanced life. Erica is a Kundalini Reiki Master, and certified in Emotion Code as well as Body Code.
