This 60 Minute class is a foundational yoga class with a specified focus on Mindfulness and allowing yourself to be present. Breath-Work and Postures are practiced which help align, strengthen, and promote flexibility within your body and mind. Together the class works on balance and core strength as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, GENTLE twists and backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

About the instructor:
This practice and instruction are designed to incorporate your entire body, mind, and spirit in your personal healing experience. Cyndi Dunn has been a practitioner for almost 20 years. Certified as a yoga and fitness instructor, with 200-hour RYTT through the Yoga and Ayurveda Center and Yoga Alliance. This includes Ayurveda Specialist and Restorative Yoga Training. She is also a certified Paddle Board and Paddleboard Yoga instructor/practitioner, through PSUPA.
