Mindful Craft + Flow at the Craft Bar

Allow your creativity to flow. Join us at The Craft Bar for a gentle, intentional flow followed by creating your own artistic treasure to take home. Be intentional and in community with other yogis, or bring a friend!

This December, just in time for the holidays, we'll move through a calming flow to ground and center us before creating our very own DIY soy candle. Each candle will be your own individual creation, unique in scent and design, all inspired by your intention for practice.

Space is very limited for these classes, so sign up ahead of time to ensure your spot.
