Mighty Uke Day 16 FUNdraiser

Each year for Mighty Uke Day, we hold a FUNdraiser to help raise initial operating funds as well as generate excitement for the coming festival. This year, for our 16th Mighty Uke Day, we are offering a full day of ukulele beginning with the monthly Lansing Area Ukulele Group meeting (LAUGH) followed up by an afternoon of concerts, group strums, merch, and more.

LAUGH runs from approximately 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, we'll take a little break and then start the FUNdraiser, which will run from 1 - 5. Scheduled to appear are The Ukulele Kings, Vinyl Resting Place (Mike and Hedda Doyle). the PT Strummers, and others TBA. Mike Hefferan will be hosting a strum during the afternoon and Punch Drunk is running a couple of open mics. It promises to be a great day of strumming and singing along with the opportunity to eat some pizza, drink some beer, and have a great time overall. We'll also have a silent auction and the opportunity to purchase some great ukulele merchandise and we'll be recording the Mighty Uke Day 16 Theme Song for viral video distribution.

Registration is a suggested donation of $15 (or more if you so desire) and covers the whole day. We hope "uke" can join us for the very special event!
