Elyse has practiced Tai Chi, and Yoga for many years, and is excited to lead you in this practice!

This 100% free class starts at 10:30 AM and lasts for an hour. This beginner focused class is designed to get you moving in the morning! Waking up the body and the mind, shedding stress, and starting your day out in an amazing way. Immersive concert level audio blended with the natural sounds of the river, a nice cup of tea, and an incredible outdoor space work together to create a truly special Thai Chi experience.
