Feel the waves of total tranquility wash over you as sounds of varying frequencies are created to wash over, around, and through you - much as you would imagine the gentle waves of bath water do.

How it Works
The Quartz Singing Bowls create waves of sound that can carry you into a deeply meditative state. Mary Ablao of Studio Retreat in St Johns is an Artist, a Registered Art Therapist and Certified Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. As a lifelong artist and teacher, Mary's creative spirit allows her to truly connect heart to heart with the groups she leads. After decades of art immersion, Mary followed her creative calling to incorporate sound frequencies into her service offerings.
