Join us for the April Ithaca Special Education PTA meeting to learn about the middle school Studio Art program with Callie Bryant, Studio Art Teacher at Dewitt Middle School.

We will also talk about how to prepare for IEP and 504 team meetings.

Location: Dewitt Middle School, Room E219

SEPTA meetings happen once a month and they are a great place to share with other parents with similar contexts and also to connect directly with staff and administrators dedicated to serving ICSD students. All are welcome.

About SEPTA

SEPTA is the Special Education Parent Teacher Association for the Ithaca City School District.

SEPTA connects parents and caregivers with ICSD teachers, service providers, and administrators. It supports information moving in both directions so families understand what is available in the district, and district staff hear directly from families about what is working and what is needed.

SEPTA also brings people into ongoing collaboration. It builds relationships, supports listening, and creates space to work through challenges together so services continue to improve.
This work is grounded in a shared goal: students with disabilities and exceptionalities receiving a strong, supportive education.
