Downtown Egg-Stravaganza

Join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly day in Downtown Lansing.

The celebration kicks off with an Easter Egg Hunt on the Michigan State Capitol Lawn from 10–11 a.m. Youth participants will be divided into age groups (ages 0-12 welcome) to ensure everyone has a chance to join the fun.

Immediately after the hunt, grab your basket and follow the Easter Bunny to the 100–300 blocks of S. Washington Square, where downtown businesses and community partners will be handing out eggs, candy, and special treats until 1 p.m. No purchase is necessary to participate.

This rain-or-shine event is completely free to attend. While you're downtown, be sure to explore local shops and take advantage of special deals and promotions happening throughout the event.
