We'll meet Hœnir, who looked precisely like a chieftain and had nothing behind the face, and follow young Sigurd, who took three streams of counsel inside a single hour from sources who variously loved him, hated him, and had no stake in him at all, and who sorted out the truth anyway. Out of his method comes a set of questions you can put to anything you are told, whether it arrives from a person or from a vision. Then we practice water scrying in a dark bowl with a verification step attached, using labradorite and sodalite for clear sight and clear thinking.This is a workshop rather than a rite: no circle casting, no invocations, and nobody is asked to worship anything.
