Dine & Discovery: Holiday Baking with Chef & Baker Erin Witt

Join us in the Maker Kitchen to bake up some holiday creations, like a seasonal pavlova*, with Chef Erin Witt! Chef Erin had long had a vision of owning her own cafe, and that soon became a reality when she bought a trailer, transformed it into a food truck and Brewitt was born! Since then, they’ve expanded into ANC’s Accelerator Kitchen and love continuing to see how their signature cold brew and brunch brings communities together.

*This class will have a gluten free baking option!

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back. 

Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
