Chef Meghesh Pansari is back to bring his expertise to the Maker Kitchen to lead a workshop using your fall harvest produce! We’ll make use of veggies like collard greens, kohlrabi and more to pair with a delicious pork dish. Chef Meghesh is a self-started chef and owner of Kahani Hospitality, LLC. He is now also the Executive Chef of Toscana Kitchen & Wine Market in East Lansing.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
