Chef Meghesh Pansari is once again bringing his expertise to the Maker Kitchen to lead a workshop on chicken tikka masala! Chef Meghesh is a self-started chef and owner of Kahani Hospitality, LLC. He has worked his way through kitchens in New York and has operated as both a restaurant owner and executive chef, before heading back to the Lansing area, serving up his expertise to ANC’s neighbors.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
