Lovelight Collective is excited to host YACEP Jasmin Cromwell on Sunday, November 9 for a 4-hour training on the foundations of Chair Yoga. This workshop is open to all instructors, of any studio or lineage. Join us and help to make this practice more accessible to our communities!

Sunday, November 9 at Lovelight Collective

Learn how to teach yoga with the use of a chair and explore how to adapt the classes you teach for those with limited mobility.
 
Learn how to:

- Teach a safe and transformative Chair Yoga Class
- Teach a safe and transformative Yoga Class standing (with use of chair)
- Use pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques
- Help market yourself in this population
- Use props that are important for a Chair Yoga Class

This workshop will have discussion as well as (2) one hour yoga practices, so please wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.
 
Each RYT participant will earn 4 CEUs with Yoga Alliance and be provided with class materials for creating sequences.
 
 
 
About the instructor: Jasmin is an ERYT-200 and YACEP yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga and meditation in the Metro Detroit area since 2009.
