Meet your coach: Brittany Atkiss, a dedicated runner since middle school, has competed in various events, from sprints at the Penn Relays to half marathons. Currently, a teacher at North Penn High School, Brittany finds joy in running, as it makes her feel empowered and instantly boosts her mood. She firmly believes that anyone can embrace the runner within.
Please know that runners are responsible for themselves. We are not responsible for injuries on the coarse. Run at your own risk. We are also not responsible for gear. Please make sure to only bring what you need, we are not responsible for gear, purses, etc. that is left behind.
We welcome ALL AGES at this run and ALL PACES. If you are under 18 years old, please get written permission from your parent that you are able to participate. Please bring this with you on the day of event. Each Backyard Run will be capped at 20 runners. After your run we will give you a cold brew can of your choice on the house!
